The benefits we bring to our clients is the ability to control and supervise not only our own various tradesmen but also any specialists our clients may employ.

Certain clients have dedicated computer cabling contractors or specialist moving company’s who are their preferred contractor, and who may be involved with a refurbishment project.

We are pleased to offer our management skills to co-ordinated these contractors to work within the project guidelines and ensure that they maintain the safe working practices that we employ.

Many clients ask us to employ these preferred contractors, which means we scrutinise their estimates, make payments direct to them and bear the responsibility for all contractural arrangements, further releasing our clients from the day-to-day management of a project.

The full project management role starts from the formulation of a plan to identify the objectives of the project and highlight any areas that may cause concern or disruption to the client.

These may range from planning issues with the local authority, through to liaison with utility companies to ensure the premises will meet the client’s needs. There may also be the need for dialogue with the property owners, adjoining tenants or other users of the building. All of these matters can take up a client’s valuable time and if they are mishandled can lead to unnecessary delay and resentment.

Behind the scenes of every project there is a mass of documentation required to satisfy health and safety, local authority approval and our own trade bodies, all designed to ensure that the work is undertaken in a safe manner and the finished project is left safe and easy to use for the client.

Dependant on a projects size, we will offer these services free of charge, that’s why more and more clients entrust us to manage their project from start to finish.
