Rent Service

Based in Croydon, the Rent Service required new office accomodation to cater
for the rapid expansion in rental accomodation within the borough. Working to well
defined budgets we were able to quickly meet all their requirements, creating a suitable
office environment for their growing team.

The HM Land Registrys office at Croydon occupies 5 floors,and over the past 2 years we have totally refurbished each floor. The work included energy management lighting systems and new suspended ceilings.All works are undertaken at nights to minimise disruption to the staff.

Hotgen Studios are Europes leading computer game designers,with titles such as Star wars and Mortal Kombat. Their HQ at Croydons NLA tower was the latest in a long line of major refurbishments we have undertaken for this long standing client. We provided a full design and build service,which included ceilings, partitions and office furniture for over 60 staff.
